Surftape® is the newest development in bare die dispensing ... a new carrier tape technology designed for safe and secure packaging integrity, combined with maximum efficiency and convenience for automatic handling of bare die plus other small, lightweight SMDs. Surftape ® is a punched plastic carrier with a flexible, pressure-sensitive adhesive base. The SMD or bare die parts adhere to the adhesive and therefore, remain in place for your pick and place machine.
