KBTeC - Die Products User Club

The Die Products User Club is one specific workpackage within the ENCASIT project. The purpose of the User Club is to supply information to the Die User industry, especially for the benefit of SMEs (Small/Medium sized Enterprises.

One main feature of the User Club is a services directory which lists categories of services or materials related to the Die Products industry e.g. wafer sawing, bumping etc. Each category lists a number of companies who offer relevant specialised services or materials and a summary of the capability that they offer as well as a link to their web site and contact information.

The web site also has an events calendar which lists related workshops and conferences held by other industry organisations. It is the aim of the ENCASIT consortium to attend as many of these as possible and to give a report on the conference or workshop to the ENCASIT membership. This has in the past been disseminated through the Newsletter, which is published twice a year. However, it is the intention of the User Club to publish these reports in a restricted area of the DPUC web site which can be accessed by members of the Network.
